Why are we different?
We keep our promises. Most companies will say this but it really means
something to us and we have developed specific tools to ensure we do.
Examples would be the use of Microsoft Outlook task manager, a weekly
urgent/promise list and production planning based on individual customer
requests rather than what's easiest for us to produce.
We recognise our staff are the key to our success and work hard to ensure
they are equipped in terms of knowledge and skills to do their jobs well
and to ensure our customers are satisfied. We are investors in people
accredited which demonstrates our commitment in this area. Regular team
building events ensure a good team spirit throughout the business.
We work hard at developing strong and effective working relationships with
our customers and we would hope most find the experience of dealing with us
a pleasure. If you don't then we have failed.
