Welcome Back, Rob!

A familiar face returns to lead the next chapter.

We are thrilled to announce that Rob Lawton has rejoined the Windmill family as our new Sales Director — and it’s fair to say the feeling is very much mutual.

Rob brings with him an exceptional depth of knowledge, having accumulated over 25 years of experience at the sharp end of the labels and packaging industry. His journey with Windmill is one that goes back further than most — joining Commercial Labels in 2000, he became part of our wider story when Windmill acquired Commercial in 2011. After a successful spell at CS Labels, we’re delighted that we managed to persuade him that there’s no place quite like home.

Rob joins Ian Southern as part of the new management team, with a clear and exciting mandate , to drive growth, deepen customer relationships and build on the strong foundations that have made Windmill the business it is today. He brings not only a sharp commercial mind and an encyclopaedic knowledge of the label sector, but also the warmth, integrity and personal style that our customers — both old and new — have always valued.
